Common questions
Is my data synced between the Mac app and the web?
Yes. Sign in with the same Google or email account on both and your entries, projects, and clients appear everywhere.
How do I export my time entries?
In the Mac app: Reports → Export → CSV or PDF. You can also export an invoice-ready PDF directly from the Reports screen.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete Account. Or email us and we'll remove everything within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy.
Is TimeTracker Best free?
Version 1.0 is free. We may introduce paid plans in the future; existing users will be given advance notice.
Where is my data stored?
Google Firebase / Firestore, encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest (AES-256). See our Privacy Policy for details.
